These easy overnight oats with roasted apples and a nut and sesame crunch are a delicious and quick breakfast. The grilled apples provide an extra portion of vitamins.

Overnight Oats
70goat flakes
320mloat milkor your favorite milk
2tbspflax seedswhole or blended
1tbspchia seeds
1tbspmaple syrupmore if desired
1tspcinnamon
Nut and Sesame Crunch
1small hand fullhazelnuts
2tbspsesame seeds
1tbspcoconut oil
1tbspmaple syrup
Roasted Apples
1mediumappleseeds removed
1tbspcoconut oil

almond or peanut butter
maple syrup
Instructions
For the overnight oats, mix all the ingredients well in a container and leave covered in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours or overnight.
For the nut and sesame crunch, heat a pan. Melt the coconut oil. Add the nuts, sesame seeds and maple syrup and fry for a few minutes until golden, stirring constantly. Transfer to a small bowl.
For the roasted apples, add the coconut oil to the pan over medium-high heat. Cut the apple into wedges. Place the wedges on the oil and fry for a few minutes on both sides until golden brown. Set aside.NOTE: in a big pan you can roast the apples and the crunch at the same time beside each other!
