This sweet Granola Heart with Yoghurt and Berries is a delicious addition to the brunch table on Valentine's Day. It's baked in just 30 minutes and only requires a few simple ingredients.

1 blenderzum Mixen der Haferflocken (wird bei Hafermehl nicht gebraucht)

200goat flakesAlternatively, 100 g oat flakes and 100 g oat flour

70mlmaple syrup

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 170°C / 338°F. Prepare a baking pan (e.g. heart shaped, approx. 18×15 cm / 7 x 6 inches). If not coated, grease with a little melted coconut oil.
Place half of the oat flakes in a blender and mix for a few seconds until fine. (Alternatively use oat flour)
Mix whole and ground oats, shredded coconut, chia seeds, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla and salt in a bowl. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared form, also approx. 3-4 cm / 1.5 inches up the edge.
Bake for about 25-30 minutes until the granola has turned golden brown. Allow to cool completely in the tin.
Before serving, fill with yogurt of your choice and decorate with fresh berries and powdered sugar (optional).
The baked granola will keep for 1-2 weeks in a sealed container. Fill with yogurt before serving.
