Instructions
Preheat the oven to 170°C / 338°F. Line a muffin tin with 12 muffin cases.
For the topping, put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well with a fork. Set aside.
Mash the banana in a large bowl with a fork. Mix the yogurt, milk, eggs, maple syrup, melted butter and grated apple with the banana.
In a seperate bowl combine the dry ingredients.
Add the dry ingredients to the liquid ones and stir with a spatula (no longer than necessary). Quickly fold in the blueberries.
Divide the batter between the prepared muffin cups. Bake for 25-30 minutes (tooth pick test).
Yes, you can. If you mix frozen blueberries into the batter, you only need to bake the muffins for 2-3 minutes longer.
