A refreshing, homemade ice tea with rosemary and orange is a great eye-catcher and a brilliant non-alcoholic aperitif.

300mlwater
3sprigsrosemaryfresh
2cmgingerpeeled; fresh
3tbsphoney
300mlgreen teaprepared according to the packaging instructions
4mediumorangessqueezed; approx. 1 cup of juice
1mediumlemonsqueezed
ice cubesfor serving
Instructions
At least 4 hours before serving:Put the water with the rosemary and ginger in a pot and bring to the boil. Turn off the heat, stir in the honey and let it cool (do not remove the rosemary). Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Prepare the green tea according to the packaging instructions. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Before serving: squeeze the oranges and lemons. Prepare glasses.
Remove the rosemary sprigs and ginger from the water. Combine the rosemary water, green tea, and orange and lemon juice in a large container or jar. Taste and sweeten with more honey if desired.
Fill the glasses with plenty of ice cubes and top with the ice tea. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
