480mlwatercold (1 cup = 240 ml)
3tbspunsweetened cocoa powderunsweetened
5tbspcashews
¼tspcardamom powderoptional

7mediummedjool datesapprox. 50 grams, stone removed

Instructions
If the dates are not soft, either soak them in cold water over night or pour hot water over them 15 minutes before preparing the smoothie. Then strain the dates.
Put all ingredients in a blender. Slowly switch to the highest level. Blend for at least a minute until the smoothie is creamy.
Pour into a glasses and enjoy. If not drunk immediately, store in the refrigerator and use within 2 days.
Notes
Either use very soft medjool dates or soak the dates in water before preparation. With the latter, you have the option of placing them in cold water overnight or pouring hot water over them about 15 minutes before preparation. The water in which the dates are soaked is then thrown away and not used for the smoothie.
Blend the smoothie for a full minute. The longer it is mixed, the finer the ingredients become and the creamier your smoothie will be.
Measure the chili carefully. Gebt erst mal nicht zu viel hinein und kostet den Smoothie. Nachgeben könnt ihr immer noch. :)
