Brownie Energy Balls are just the right thing for a little hunger in between meals. The healthy snack tastes chocolaty is loaded with nutrients and is so delicious.

Ingredients
120gdatesstone removed; approx. 15 pieces
30gcocoa powderunsweetened
100gcashews
70gwalnuts
½tspcinnamon
1pinch ofsalt
1tbspcoconut oil
To Roll in (optional)
cocoa powder (unsweetened), shredded coconut or grated nuts
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a blender and mix. Wipe off the edges with the spatula and mix again. Repeat the process until a sand-like mass is created. It should stick together well when you squeeze it between your fingers. Otherwise add about 1 tablespoon of coconut oil.
Scoop out portions with a teaspoon and roll into balls in your hands. Leave plain or, if desired, roll in shredded coconut, cocoa powder or grated nuts.
Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator and use within 2 weeks.

Wenn die Brownie-Energy-Balls in Bitterkakaopulver gewälzt werden, werden die Finger beim Essen "schokoladig". Wer das nicht möchte, sollte sie in Kokosraspeln oder geriebenen Nüssen wälzen oder pur belassen.
