How to make Baked Apples in Beer Batter
To make the Beer Batter you put all ingredients in a large bowl and whisk until combined. Let chill for 15 minutes.

Easy Baked Apples in Beer Batter

Beer Batter
- 120 ml beer
- 60 ml milk
- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 2 medium Eggs preferably organic
- ½ tsp salt
In Addition
- 3 medium apples i. e. gala or granny smith
- 400 ml neutral, heat resistent oil i. e. sun flower oil
- 110 g light brown sugar or granulated sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- flour .
Instructions
- For the beer batter, put all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well with a whisk. Set aside and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, wash and dry the apples and remove the seeds. Cut into slices approx. 5 mm thick (0.25 inches). They do not need to be peeled unless the peel is very thick and hard to bite into.
