- tahini
- garlic

Which avocados are best for this hummus?
Be sure to use a RIPE, soft avocado. Hard, unripe avocados cannot be blended smooth enough. Ripe avocados, on the other hand, are creamy, soft and have a good flavor.
It is ideal if you let them ripen at home (at room temperature). This way you get a perfectly green, soft avocado without the many annoying brown dots. Please note, however, that this process can take up to five days. TIP: If you store them with apples, this time will be shortened slightly.
What do I do if the avocado hummus is very firm?
If you think the avocado hummus is too thick, add a little more water or olive oil and blend for another 30 seconds. This way you can regulate the consistency well.
How should I store this vegan hummus?
Place the finished avocado hummus with spinach in a container with a lid and store it in the refrigerator. It should be used within 2 days.
